These Terms govern your use of the CustomFit.ai platform and Services. By signing up or using the Services, you agree to be bound by them.
You must be at least 18 and authorized to bind your company. One person per account; you are responsible for all activity under your credentials.
Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You can cancel anytime in the dashboard. Prepaid annual plans are non-refundable. Usage above your plan limit will be billed at the published overage rate.
You agree not to reverse-engineer the platform, resell the Services without authorization, run experiments that violate applicable law, distribute malware, or attempt to circumvent security measures.

We own the platform; you own your data and content. We grant you a non-exclusive license to use the platform during your subscription.
Enterprise plans include a 99.9% uptime SLA. Standard plans use commercially reasonable efforts.
The Services are provided "as is." Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Karnataka, India.
