After gaining valuable experience in the agency business, our industry expert Chandra Bhanu identified a gap in the market. Many businesses had great products but lacked the know-how to effectively scale and reach their target audience. With the support of their partners, the Bhanu founded a company called "Beyond Ads" with each member specializing in specific areas of digital marketing. They aimed to bridge the gap by focusing on acquisition and retention marketing, providing a data-driven approach to help brands scale from 10 to 100.

Bhanu emphasized the need to prioritize profitability when running ad campaigns. While sales may provide immediate gratification, the long-term effects of profitability are what truly matter. He explained that businesses should look beyond immediate sales and focus on customer retention. Spending twice the amount of a product's value to acquire a customer who never returns is a surefire way to lose money. By prioritizing profitability and maintaining healthy gross and net margins, businesses can sustain growth even at a lower sales volume.
